Aterra has signed a contract with Salfit Chamber of Commerce & Industry to execute the project of Constructing a Commercial Complex in Bidya.
The complex contains 8 floors, in which the basement floor will be used as a parking area, the ground, first, and second floors will be used as a shopping area, where the fifth and sixth floors will be an office area.
The total work area is 8000 square meters, and each floor is 1000 square meters. Our staff started the execution in December 2020.
At the end of 2021, the skeleton works were completed, and we had an agreement with the Chamber's management to execute the finishing works as well.
